From the first mouthful, I was left speechless. Every course was absolutely delicious, I never knew sushi could be elevated to this level. With each dish came a story from Endo and his team, adding to the theatre they so beautifully create. This restaurant truly deserves all its success, and I hope to revisit in the future.

Had omakase dinner at Endo at Rotunda (one star Michelin restaurant) at 6pm on Wednesday evening. On the 8th floor at old BBC TV centre. Nice view looking out Westfield shopping mall. One of the most difficult reservation to get in London. It’s important not to be late as everyone eats at the same time (ie promptly starts at 6pm) Excellent omakase experiences. Lots of story’s telling and Endo is charming host. As for the food, they are all excellent from squid, to Scottish langoustine to the Irish oyster, to Miyazaki wagyu beef etc. Amazing services too. All staff with strong and excellent attention to detail.

I chose Endo to celebrate my birthday, and it was the perfect decision. While parking in the area was a bit tricky, everything else was flawless. The ambiance was serene, the service was outstanding, and the dishes were exquisite. I highly recommend adding the sake pairing—it’s clear a lot of thought went into the selections, as each pairing perfectly complemented the food. A unique touch was being able to choose your chopsticks and sake glasses, which added a personalized element to the experience. Truly a memorable and delightful meal!

Truly the best Omakase in London. Hands down. We were graced to get a second booking 2 weeks after Endo San’s reopening. Every single dish was prepared to the finest standards and the flavour and umami is on another level. There are a few very notable Sake bottles too. Some of the best Sake I have also tried in my life. The parings. The service. Phenomenal!

My first visit to Endo at the Rotunda exceeded even my already high expectations. From start to finish, the experience felt less like a meal and more like a beautifully choreographed performance — one that transports you entirely out of everyday life. Each course was a masterclass in precision and curation, with sublime flavors that quietly astonish. Every detail — from the pacing of the service to the setting — felt intentional and thoughtful. This is not just sushi; this is storytelling. And Endo tells it with elegance, humor and unforgettable taste.

Best restaurant I have visited, in food, ambience and service, cannot be faulted. Made very welcome and relaxed and the food was simply delicious. The food and sake pairing was superb and the explanation and stories about Endo were great. The whole experience was very relaxed and never rushed and an experience not to be missed. Definitely not a 1 star Michelin restaurant , I think it deserves an extra star or two.

This had been on my list for years and we finally managed to get a booking. With only 11 seats in the whole place, the atmosphere felt intimate yet relaxed and refined, which made for a memorable experience. There were 19 courses and my favourite were all the sushi, the gotoh udon and the some of the fusion dishes like the pigeon, chutoro with truffle and the miyazaki wagyu. The service was polished and attentive as you'd imagine at this type of establishment. It’s definitely on the pricier side but absolutely one of those must visit spots in London.

I had a wonderful experience at Endo at the Rotunda. The team was attentive and took the time to clearly explain every ingredient and dish. Endo himself was a character, combining professionalism with a great sense of humor. Each dish was impeccable, and every one offered a unique taste!
